Hello bloggers,
Greetings from Rome again. 🇮🇹
After the Colosseum visit, Marcelo and I then visited the Roman Forum and the Palatine Hill.
The Roman Forum is a beautiful squared plaza surrounded by ancient Roman ruins of a bustling Roman city. The Palatine Hill overlooks it as one of the seven hills of Rome.
Below are some of the photos I took.

DeleteA treasure at every turn, almost too much to absorb in one visit.
ReplyDeleteYes that's a problem. It can be overwhelming.
DeleteSuch marvelous photos! We didn't have time to take this in when we were in Rome, alas. Just caught glimpses of it from the hop-on, hop-off tour bus.
ReplyDeleteYou can't do everything in Rome. Plus it's roasting hot.
DeleteThanks for commenting Debra. 😊👍
Un sacco di fotografie interessante! (A lot of interesting photos). The Antoninus and Faustina Temple is rather wonderful. I hope you weren't caught in the European heatwave.
ReplyDeleteOh yes. Definitely very hot. But drinking lots of water and sunscreen. 👍
DeleteWhat a place to be. The roots of our whole civilization. Thank you for the photos.
